Timeline Hall

Follow the museum chronologically through three major spans of biblical history. The first traces the generations from Adam to Noah and the world before the Flood. The second follows Noah to David through the post-Flood world, the patriarchs, Exodus, conquest, giant clans, and the rise of Israel. The third, David to Jesus, is planned as the Messianic line through the later biblical world. The future installation will distinguish Matthew’s royal and legal line through Solomon and Joseph from Luke’s different Davidic branch through Nathan, traditionally understood as the line associated with Mary.
